Kim Il Sung Portrait Badge – Western Suit

Up for offer is a single portrait badge featuring Kim Il Sung wearing a Western suit on a red background with the Worker’s Party emblem.

This badge design appeared in the late 1980s replacing the earlier design featuring Kim Il Sung wearing the famous “People’s Suit”. It was issued to both military personnel and civilians alike.

The condition of this badge is near mint condition, with no significant flaws to the obverse other than some small surface scratches barely visible to the naked eye. The reverse is also near perfect with the only flaw being a tiny indent from the pin holder.
